Famously Hot New Years Eve is accepting applications for Food Vendors. Requirements include but are not limited to a current City of Columbia business license, Workers Compensation Insurance, and a General Liability policy no less than $1,000,000. Vendors must apply online. All applications are due by November 22nd. Vendors will be selected and notified by December 2nd. There is no application fee but there is a fixed per vendor price based on size and requirements.The Famously Hot New Year Committee will review all applications. Vendors will be selected based on experience, demand for proposed menu item(s), and professionalism of booth set up.If chosen, participants will be expected to comply with all FHNY regulations, close sales no later than 12:30am, be prepared with no fewer than 1000 servings of each menu item and be responsible for cleanup at and around your location. Participants are responsible for any taxes or use fees required by the City, County, or State. See a complete list of vendor regulations here. There is a fixed price for each type of facility selected to serve at FHNY 2014. There are no additional inventories or percentage of sales that will be collected by Famously Hot New Year.
